VCScheck.com provides an automated visual contrast sensitivity (VCS) screening tool and optional symptom-guided reports. The Service is for educational and screening purposes only. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose any disease, and a result — positive or negative — is not a diagnosis of biotoxin illness or any other condition.

3. Accuracy and calibration limits
Because the test runs in a web browser, calibration depends on the physical size you measure on your screen and on factors we cannot control, such as display gamma, viewing distance, and ambient lighting. Results may be less reliable than a clinically administered test. We filter out frequencies your display cannot render, but environmental factors can still affect outcomes.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under a parent or guardian's supervision, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the test logic or scoring algorithms
- Use the Service to provide medical advice to others or as a substitute for professional care
- Interfere with the Service's calibration or rendering to produce misleading results
- Share account credentials or resell access without permission
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, content, and methodology, is owned by VCScheck.com and protected by applicable laws. Your test results and reports are yours to use for personal health decisions, subject to these Terms.
7. Fees and refunds
The basic screening is free. Advanced reports and subscriptions are offered at the prices shown on our Pricing page. One-time report purchases and annual subscriptions are governed by the terms presented at checkout. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per the provider's terms at the time of purchase.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCScheck.com is not liable for any harm, cost, or decision arising from the use or interpretation of your results, including any delay in seeking professional medical care.
