The person behind VCScheck

Matt has studied and trained in detoxification and functional medicine since 2017, specializing in mold toxicity and the conditions that travel with it. His focus isn't simply early detection — it's why early detection matters: the sooner you can gather root-cause data, the more targeted and efficient the healing journey becomes.

That focus comes from lived experience. When several of his children became seriously ill with mold toxicity, MCAS, Lyme disease, POTS, and EDS, conventional medicine offered few answers — and the tests that could help were scarce and expensive. Navigating that gap is what shaped his work.

VCScheck grew out of that journey. Visual contrast screening is one of the few affordable, evidence-based ways to flag a potential biotoxin-related effect early — and Matt built this platform to put it within reach of every family facing the same uncertainty.
